Easter is here and the perfect trap is ready. We all wait with bated breath. Will we be finally able to catch the Easter Bunny this year?
If you are looking for best Easter books for kids, this is one of our personal favorite. We have story time every night before bed, and as Easter is nearing, I thought, why not select a book related to Easter. ‘How to Catch the Easter Bunny,’ written by Adam Wallace and illustrated by Andy Elkerton, is a hilarious Easter book.
We had read it together when junior was younger and I think this story is a perfect read to bring additional fun to your Easter celebration.
The first thing we found exciting compared to some other best Easter books for kids is the explosion of colors. Andy Elkerton has done a splendid job of beautifying every minute detail in the storybook. The colorful eggs, colorful characters, and whole colorful book – wow, it brings the story to life. This book is sure to take little readers on a bouncy adventure.
In a funny way, the writer has explained how the Easter Bunny escapes from all the traps and hides true identity while bringing the tiny, colorful eggs for Easter.
‘You want to catch me for my eggs,
and magic basket too,
but I’ve been hiding Easter treats since 1962!’
Haha, that’s indeed true. We can always try our best to catch Easter Bunny, but Bunny is too fast to escape!
The writer, Adam Wallace, has beautifully made his Easter wish to all little kids at the end of the storybook. Definitely give this book a try this Easter.

And…let’s hope to catch the Easter Bunny next year together 🙂
